In the process of printing, such as encountering temporary stoppage, to ensure that the printing plate continues to rotate, to prevent the ink on the printing plate to dry and solidify, resulting in the blockage of the mesh.

⑤ It is better to make the depth of the mesh hole of the printing plate cylinder shallower, which is conducive to speeding up the printing speed and saving ink. If the depth of the mesh is too deep, it will not only hinder the printing speed and consume ink, but also be prone to sticking. The specific depth is maintained at 15-25um.
