Detailed product introduction of composite vacuum bag
Composite vacuum bag, also known as composite vacuum packaging bag, is a composite packaging made by combining two or more materials through one or more dry composite processes.
It can generally be divided into base layer, functional layer, and heat sealing layer.
Grassroots mainly serve the functions of aesthetics, printing, and moisture resistance. Such as BOPP, BOPET, BOPA, MT, KOP, KPET, etc;
The functional layer mainly plays a role in blocking and avoiding light, such as VMPET, AL, EVOH, PVDC, etc;
The heat sealing layer comes into direct contact with packaging materials, providing adaptability, permeability resistance, good heat sealing performance, as well as transparency and opening properties, such as LDPE, LLDPE, MLLDPE, CPP, VMCPP, EVA, EAA, E-MAA, EMA, EBA, etc.
Advantages of composite vacuum bags
- Moisture proof
Reduce the degree of fat oxidation, prevent food from getting damp and moldy, and prevent secondary contamination of food.
- Antibacterial
Bacteria cannot survive in a vacuum environment. To prevent cross infection of bacteria and ensure food safety, it is necessary to suppress microbial growth.
- Ultra long preservation time
Preventing food contamination prolongs the shelf life of food, keeping ingredients fresher and preventing bags from rotting.
- High temperature resistance
It has passed food safety certification, refrigerator freezing, microwave heating, dishwasher cleaning, can withstand sudden temperature changes, and is non-toxic. High security level, more reassuring to use.
Several factors contributing to the breakage of composite packaging bags:
- If the peeling strength of the composite film is too low, it is difficult to meet the requirement of multiple layers of composite materials being subjected to force together, making it difficult to disperse and causing the bag to break when dropped. During high-temperature cooking, the seal will also rupture, causing the composite film to delaminate.
- If the temperature during the production of composite packaging bags is too high, it will cause a decrease in the heat sealing performance of the heat sealing material, affecting the bag making process and leading to bag breakage. The heat seal used for bag making is too sharp or has mechanical spikes that can damage the edges of the bag during hot cutting, which can also cause the bag to break.
- The composite packaging bag material should have the appropriate thickness. If the thickness is not enough, the composite film will crack and break the bag in low temperature and freezing environments.
- For repackaged powder products, the air inside the bag should be purged before heat sealing to reduce the stress capacity of the packaging bag wall, allowing the solid material to be directly pressed and reducing the bag breakage rate.
