The difference between boiling bags and steaming bags
People often cannot distinguish between boiling bags and steaming bags when choosing. Next, Jinde Packaging technicians will give you a detailed explanation:
1、 Differences in Materials
The material of the boiling bag is PET/PE BOPA/PE、PET/AL/PE
The material of the steaming bag is NY/PE NY/AL/RCPP、KNY/PE
2、 Difference in performance
The boiled water bag can withstand processing at temperatures not exceeding 105 ℃, has good oil resistance, good printability, good heat sealing strength, and high impact resistance.
Steaming bags have the properties of moisture resistance, temperature resistance, light shielding, and fragrance preservation. Suitable for packaging various meat cooked foods, high-temperature processed foods, such as meat, ham, grilled fish, etc.
3、 Difference in applicable temperature
Water boiling bags are suitable for water heating treatment, commonly used for low-temperature (100 ℃) treatment and bus (85 ℃) treatment.
Steaming bags are suitable for general (100-200 ℃) and high-temperature (121-135 ℃) processing.
