Aluminum foil vacuum bag, also known as close fitting moisture-proof bag, aluminum foil bag, aluminum-plastic composite bag, is a vacuum bag made by processing aluminum products and is commonly used in the packaging industry. Aluminum foil vacuum bags are composed of aluminum foil and special materials. Common structures include PET/AL/PE (aluminum foil for general packaging), PET/BOPA/AL/CPP (high-temperature cooking film), PET/AL/BOPA/PE (high-quality packaging film), etc.
The production process of aluminum foil vacuum bags mainly includes the following key steps:
1、 Printing
Purpose: To print on outer materials such as PET or NY to present the desired patterns, text, and other information.
Process: Using printing techniques such as gravure printing or flexographic printing to transfer ink onto the surface of the material.
Requirement: The printed patterns and text should be clear, brightly colored, and meet the design requirements.
2、 Composite
Purpose: To composite aluminum foil with plastic film (such as PE) to form a composite film with barrier properties.

Requirement: The cut film should be free of tears, wrinkles, and defects.
4、 Bag making
Purpose: To make finished aluminum foil bags from sliced aluminum foil film.
Process: The film is made into bags through heat sealing or ultrasonic sealing using a bag making machine.
Requirement: The bag should be well sealed, undamaged, and leak free. Meanwhile, the size, shape, and sealing position of the bag should meet the design requirements.
5、 Check
Purpose: To ensure that the quality of aluminum foil bags meets the requirements.
Content: including appearance inspection (such as color, pattern, and clarity of text), size inspection (such as accuracy of length, width, and thickness), and sealing inspection (such as air and water leakage).
Requirement: All inspection items must be qualified, otherwise rework or scrapping should be carried out.
