What material is good for vacuum packaging bags for frozen food?
At present, frozen food packaging bags on the market can mainly be divided into single-layer packaging bags, composite packaging bags, and multi-layer co extruded packaging bags. Composite soft plastic bags are widely used in frozen food packaging bags, and there are also many combinations of materials and structures for such frozen food packaging bags. So, what material is good for vacuum packaging bags for frozen food?
One, PET/PE
This material structure is commonly used in packaging of frozen food products, with good moisture resistance, cold resistance, low-temperature heat sealing performance, and relatively low production costs.
2、 BOPP/PE and BOPP/CPP
These two types of frozen food packaging bags have excellent moisture resistance, cold resistance, high low-temperature heat sealing tensile strength, and good economy. It is worth mentioning that BOPP/PE material has a better hand feel than PET/PE, which is beneficial for product marketing
Three, PET/VMPET/CPE、BOPP/VMPET/CPE
A three-layer packaging bag is more sturdy and stable compared to a single or double layer, with high barrier performance. The presence of an aluminum plating layer also gives it a prominent advantage in printing performance. However, compared to the above materials, the low-temperature heat sealing performance is slightly inferior and the cost is higher.
Four, PA/PE、PET/PA/LLDPE、PET/PA/AL/PE、PA/PE
These four types of material structures are more resistant to freezing and impact, and the PA layer has good puncture resistance. The disadvantage is that the production cost is higher, and they are generally used for packaging angular or heavy food products.
